The Zonin Prosecco brief was twofold. They wanted to get in front of Australia's leading drinks and food media to re-introduce them to the brand as well as create a unique consumer event experience that was as engaging as fun. We made it happen in style.
We partnered with the Sydney Seafood School to hold a media masterclass, with one of Australia's leading Italian chefs, Giovanni Pilu. Guests were led through a cooking demonstration looking at the best of the best from Italy (produce and Prosecco) and then invited to re create the dishes in a hands-on cooking experience.
To introduce consumers to the Zonin brand, we held an exclusive cocktail event in partnership with the Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel. The evening was hosted by Francesco Zonin who welcomed guests at Aperitivo hour, which was followed by an evening of Italian inspired indulgences - Zonin Prosecco was served in piccolos, a unique 'pimp your prosecco' bar where guests could customise their drinks with fresh and puréed fruits, and even edible wildflowers and food inspired by the flavours of the Italian riveria.
