To drive awareness surrounding the newly introduced Mediterranean styling and culinary offerings at Zephyr Sky Bar and Sailmaker Restaurant, Dialogue devised and implemented an integrated public relations and influencer engagement program between September – December 2023.

‘Taste of the Mediterranean’ Staycation Experience - Hosted a unique and intimate event for brand-aligned influencers and media titles on Zephyr Sky Bar and Sailmaker Restaurant, offering them a sneak peek of both venue’s new Summer offerings before they launched to the public. The experience unveiled Zephyr’s new Mediterranean-inspired décor and cocktail menu, and spotlighted Sailmaker’s sustainable seafood philosophy via a pop-up market with local producers/fisheries and a 3-course Seafarer Dinner hosted by the restaurant's Chef.
Exclusive Media & Influencer Famils - Hosted a series of 1:1 experiences for top tier media and influencers, creating bespoke overnight stays and food & beverage packages to drive social shares, reviews and editorial coverage.
Earned Media Relations - Engaged wider media outlets by pitching in story angles and interview opportunities to highlight the 'Taste of the Mediterranean' summer activation at Zephyr Sky Bar and the summer edition of the Seafarer Dinner at Sailmaker. Dialed up the unique features, benefits and experiences across both venues, tapping into current hospitality, food and beverage trends.
